About the Role
Staff AI/ML Engineer to lead design, training, and deployment of large-scale ML systems. High-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the CTO and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and own end-to-end ML pipelines — data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment
  • Lead technical design for LLM features including RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
  • Partner with product and engineering to translate requirements into scalable ML solutions
  • Establish best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and benchmarking
  • Mentor senior and mid-level ML engineers across the team

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of ML/AI engineering, at least 2 in a staff or principal role
  • Deep expertise in Python and PyTorch
  • Hands-on LLM experience — fine-tuning and inference optimization
  • Strong background in distributed training and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
